With a fresh perspective and a passion for modern Italian cuisine, Valerio has infused the restaurant with a vibrant new energy, while honoring its rich traditions. Bringing his Roman roots and innovative ideas to the kitchen, he’s introduced new dishes and a lively atmosphere, attracting a younger crowd without losing the essence of Porto Salvo's beloved flavors.
